Certification Attestation

Graduate Students

ABHL provides certification services to graduate students and authentication services to graduate students from Non-Hague Convention Countries especially those from ABHL Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries and also the entire Middle Eastern & North African (MENA) region.

It is mandatory to certify and authenticate documents in order for relevant entities to accept the documents.

  • Original academic documents are required which includes original certificate and transcript
  • High School Certificate required

High School Certificate issued by Arab Country

The candidate’s academic documents must be attested by the ministry of foreign affairs and by the country or by an authoritative body of the country where the institute is based.

High School Certificate Issued by a foreign country

  • High School Certificate has to be equalized by the ministry of education

High School certificate issued within ABHL

Those Schools such as private schools following the syllabus set by the Ministry of Education are required to submit original documents.

A graduate holding A Masters Degree

  • Original documents along with the transcript are required

Certificates issued outside ABHL

  • Certificates has to be equalized by ABHL

Certificates Issued Within ABHL

  • Original Certificates has to be submitted to ABHL. Furthermore, applicant has to ensure that the previous certificates are attested by the ABHL
Current Students
  • The candidate’s academic documents must be attested by the state or by an authoritative body of the country where the university/institute is based.
  • Student’s University name along with the registration number
  • Specialization of the degree program should also be mentioned
  • Copies which are not accepted by the ABHL
Masters Degree:

Following are the requirements which has to be fulfilled by the faculty or administrative members

  • Original attested documents are required along with seal and signature of the institution
  • Copies will not be accepted by ABHL
